Introduction Meeting

The objective of our Introduction meeting is to allign ourselves with your needs and expectations. We we will present you our recommended approach and the next steps of the implementation.


Also to provide you with better understang of the solution we will prepare a demonstration of use case from area of your business. It will give us a starting point to define your needs.

As a next steps we will define your business case:


  1. Backround of your business and main challenges you are facing.
  2. Definition of objectives with KPIs we want to achieve.
  3. Identify alternative options of the solution with cost/ benefits analysis of each option.
  4. Choose the future solution design (processes, stakeholders, data in scope).
  5. Define the next steps

Process Definition

As the next step we will define detailed process and step-by-step description of the activities within our scope. This will allow us to configure solution that will efficiently support your processes.


Based on your expectation we can also analyze the existing processes and suggest their optimalization. 

Solution presentation

Based on the process definition we will create solution fully supporting your needs. It will include data collection and their processing using reports and automation.


Every stakeholder in scope will have developed Dashboard or Portal with all the information they need to fulfill their responsibilities efficiently.


Then we will present our suggested solution. We will discuss your feedback a possible changes. As the nest step will be testing to ensure that the solution works without any issues.

Deployment and User Training

After the solution was approved we will prepare it`s full deployment. User documentation will be developed together with presentations of the solution.


Each future user and support team (if needed) will be trained to use the solution.

Hypercare and Support

After the solution is deployed we offer a hypercare support where our team will be available to solve any issues and support your emplyees to use the solution.


We offer also an option of a support agreement to ensure continues improvement of the solution as your business evolve and support any optimalization of your processes.
